Description of Services
The Stony Brook Regional Sewerage Authority provides treatment and disposal services for all your wastewater residuals. We accept liquid sludge, dewatered sludge, and grey water. Our receiving facilities are located in central New Jersey (Princeton) offering convenient access from most of NJ and eastern Pennsylvania.
Liquid Sludge
All liquid sludge is handled through our Liquid Sludge Receiving Facility. The facility can accommodate two trucks simultaneously for quick turnaround.
Dewatered Sludge
Dewatered sludge (sludge cake) is received and processed through our state-of-the-art Sludge Cake Receiving Facility.
Dewatered sludge is off-loaded into two receiving bays and transferred to a storage hopper allowing for a high volume of sludge cake to be processed daily.
Grey Water
All grey water deliveries are handled at our Receiving Facility.
Receiving Hours: (DIRECTIONS)
All receiving facilities are open from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday
Saturday receiving hours are from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm, sludge cake only.
